Rotarian Joe Sers introduced Samuel Stokes, music composition/arranging instructor at Northwestern State University. Stokes has composed three full-length musicals and enjoys writing humorous songs. Stokes spoke about his website that contains music he arranged and composed. He has created music for popular video games and won an Emmy Award.
