  • Red River 4-H, with the help of NCH Agent Elizabeth Martin, held an Italian Cooking Camp while students were on Spring break. Students practiced food prep skills while making Italian cheesecake, caprese on a stick, homemade pasta, marinara sauce, and fettuccine Alfredo.
