ArkLaTexOma Fly fishermen to return to Hall of Fame and library for demonstrations on skill of fly tying
Some towns have a signature dish. Natchitoches throws a festival for theirs. The Meat Pie Festival returns to the scenic Downtown Riverbank Friday and Saturday, Sept 18-19. As always, admission is free. There will be music, local vendors, family-friendly fun and more.
The ArkLaTexOma Fly Tyers return to the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame & Northwest Louisiana History Museum on Saturday, Sept.19 for another day of fly tying. Flies & Pies Fly Tying event takes place from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Members of the four-state organization will demonstrate the art of tying fishing flies while sharing techniques, materials, and their knowledge of the sport.
