Funeral services for Kristie Cook will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19 at Blanchard Home with Bro. Roger Matkin officiating.
Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. The family will receive friends from 4 until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.
Kristie, 49 years of age and a resident of Provencal, LA, passed away on Nov. 14, 2023. She was born on Oct. 22, 1974 in Shreveport, LA. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Jason Cook; mother, Faye Hight Fox and husband Paul; father, Jim Anders; children, William O’Bannon, Cole Anders, Jacob Cook and Ivorie Martin; grandchildren, James Michael O’Bannon, Rykar Anders, Chloe O’Bannon, Remi Cook, and Jaxon Norsworthy; siblings, Sheila Blankenship, Casey Anders, Stephanie Caldwell, Rod Lewis, Norman Burkett, Danny Lindsey; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Don Burkett.
