District Attorney Billy Harrington announced that a Natchitoches Parish grand jury has returned an indictment for second degree murder.
The grand jury indicted Michael Wills, 30, of Natchitoches, for one count each of second degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and illegal possession of a stolen firearm.
