The Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA) in cooperation with the Jefferson Highway Association will conduct its eighth transcontinental convoy Oct. 1-31, retracing the historic 1918 Jefferson Highway route from the Minnesota border to New Orleans.
The vehicles will make their way to Natchitoches on Thursday, Oct. 24.
On Friday, Oct. 25, the convoy of vintage military vehicles of all kinds will travel to the Natchitoches Downtown Riverbank where they will be on display beginning at 8:30 a.m.
