The Joint Transportation, Highways, & Public Works Committee will conduct a legislative public hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 2:30 p.m. for Central Region District 8 which encompasses Avoyelles, Grant, Natchitoches, Rapides, Sabine, Vernon, and Winn parishes.
The hearing takes place at Pineville City Hall, Council Meeting Room, at 910 Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to review highway construction priorities for fiscal year 2025-2026.
State and local elected officials, DOTD representatives, and the general public are invited to discuss and obtain information about construction projects in the preliminary FY 25-26 Highway Priority Program.
