DOTD gives update on LA 6 at LA 504 Roundabout Project The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises the traveling public that the project to install a roundabout at the intersection of LA 6 and LA 504 in the City of Natchitoches continues to make progress, including a recently implemented traffic shift.
As part of the process to construct the roundabout, traffic has shifted from the detour roads to the inside lane of the new roundabout. Motorists should be aware of the new configuration and proceed with caution through the construction area.
Additionally, LA 504 at its intersection with LA 6 is currently closed to allow for certain construction activities to proceed.
