A two-month investigation has led to the arrest of a Natchitoches man who violated a protective custody order while incarcerated in the Caddo Correctional Center Jack D. Nobles, 49, was arrested by NPSO Sheriff ’s Detectives for 1-Count of Terrorizing and 193-Counts of Violation of a Protective Order. The charges stem from Nobles utilizing other inmate jail phone account numbers calling a prior female acquaintance over 1000-times making alleged threats to do her bodily harm when released from jail.
During the twomonth period, Detective Lt. J. Kilpatrick and the NPSO High Tech Crime Unit reviewed documents and forensic evidence leading to sufficient evidence and probable cause to obtain criminal arrest warrants signed by a 10th Judicial District Court Judge.
Nobles, a convicted felon, has a lengthy criminal history in Louisiana, Texas and Georgia which included several prior domestic abuse charges against female victims.Nobles remains in the Caddo Correctional Center.
