Supervisors and peers select October Deputy of the Month

    This week Sheriff Stuart Wright presented Deputy Carl Taylor with a “October Deputy of the Month” plaque for his outstanding work ethic, professionalism and dedication to the NPSO and citizens of Natchitoches Parish.

    Taylor, a 25-year-veteran of NPSO, is assigned to the Civil Operations Bureau. He is responsible for warrant services, transports, subpoena services, calls for service assists and other essential services. A group of his supervisors and peers selected Taylor.

    Maj. Chad Nelson said Taylor is an asset to the civil operations bureau because he communicates well with his co-workers and the public. “He is always willing to assist and respond to whatever is needed of him during his tour of duty,”Nelson said.
