Notable among the City building permits issued in October were five new home construction permits and one for a major renovation project according to the report issued by Planning and Zoning Director Shontrell Roque. There were two sizeable commercial permits issued.

Exchange Bank obtained a permit with a valuation of $53,692 for windows at the 700 Front St. location.
