The Student Tuition Assistance and Revenue Trust (START) Program, administered by the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA), will be accepting deposits through December 31, 2024.
Deposits made through this date will allow account owners the opportunity to make any lastminute deposits before and during the holiday season, which can be used towards their tax credits for the upcoming year.
“End-of-year deposits give individuals the opportunity to catch up on contributions that they may have missed throughout the year,” said Porsche Harris, Director of START Programs. “It also increases the balance of their earning enhancements that are to be funded into their START accounts in March.”
