The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Friday, May 23, , from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. , weather permitting, Bridge on LA 1 over Cane River will be reduced to one lane for routine bridge inspection. The bridge is located near Chopin, 0.8 miles north of south Intersection LA 490. No detour will be needed as one lane will be open at all times....
