Natchitoches resident Brian Briggs was born and raised in Natchitoches and returned here after living and working in Atlanta, GA. Briggs’ dream is to renovate the building into a center for the arts and youth. He is responsible for cleaning the inside, boarding the windows and posting no trespassing signs.
