Gulf Coast visitors can ride Amtrak between Mobile and New Orleans

    Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser last week joined Amtrak officials and a host of dignitaries for a ribbon cutting to launch a new passenger service, the Amtrak Mardi Gras Service.
