The City of Natchitoches would like to notify the public of a temporary water outage due to an emergency repair of a water line. The City of Natchitoches Utilities Department will conduct repairs on a broken 10-inch water main beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
As a result, residents and businesses in the following areas may experience water outages or low water pressure until repairs are completed:
• Keyser Avenue from Parkway Drive to the Cotton Gin
• Masonic Drive
• Blanchard Road
Every effort will be made to maintain some water supply; however, customers should be prepared for interruptions. The City appreciates the patience and understanding of residents and businesses while crews work to restore full service as quickly as possible.
