Mike Cullen Freeman (Mook), age 65, born June, 11, 1960, passed away on June 29, 2025 in Natchitoches, La.
Mike is survived by his sister Elizabeth Renee Freeman of Natchitoches; brother Eugene Freeman of Coushatta, La. brother Roger Freeman (Robin) of Campti, La; son Darren Freeman, grandson Collin Freeman, stepsons Derrick Mathis and Bryan Mathis; many nieces and nephews; special nephew James Daniel Johns, many cousins; special cousins Bruce Bedgood and Scott Bedgood. He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Maxie Freeman, brother Milton Freeman and his great love Linda.
Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching westerns, and talking about the good ole days. His life’s work was logging and construction. His family and friends will always remember him as a great man.
Memorial service will be held at Calvert Journey Church in Campti on July 10 with visitation from 5- 6 p.m. and service to follow.
