Life Celebration Services for Sister Hill will go forth at the First Baptist Church on North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457 Saturday, December 30, 2023, 11:00 a. m. with burial following in Lawrence Serenity Sanctum. The casketed remains will lie in state at the church Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Keep this family lifted in prayer.
Preceding Ms. Hill in death were her parents, her son, Donald Ray Hill, her granddaughter, Kim, one who was reared as her sister, Lena Mae Davis and a nephew, Bennett.
Her dear memory will be cherished by her surviving family including a daughter, LaVerne Hill and a son, Barry Hill (Sylvia) both of Natchitoches, LA; eight grandchildren: Adrian, Jonathan, Kendrick, Jamaal, Denardo, Stephanie, Barry, Jr., and Oriana; twenty great grandchildren; her nephew and niece, Lester Garner and his wife, Lola, of Provencal, LA and Betty Powell of Gary, Indiana; a bonus son, Chris Paige and his wife, Mary, of Natchitoches, LA, First Baptist Church North Street family along with a host of many other relatives and friends.
