NSU opens fall season at Diving Eagle Invitational

Northwestern State is set to open its fall tournament schedule at the Diving Eagle Invitational, with third-year head coach Marcos Morelli eager to see how his squad responds to early competition.The four-day event began Thursday, Sept. 11, at the Waranch Tennis Complex.

Northwestern State falls to ULM in home opener

The Northwestern State volleyball team lost 3-0 (25-17, 25-23 and 25-15) Tuesday night in the home-opener against the ULM Warhawks at Prather Coliseum.The Demons (1-7) were nearly doubled up in kills by the Warhawks (5-2) as ULM finished with 41 to 22 for NSU.

Senatore earns SLC Offensive Player of the Week

There has yet to be a week this season where a Northwestern State player hasn’t earned a Southland Conference weekly honor.That streak continued, as Emily Senatore earned the SLC Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
