Strong defense has been the theme for Northwestern State soccer since 2019, and the 2023 team has done its part to keep that going.
Fairview Alpha resident Sandra Downs, with the help of her husband Coloton, caught and tagged her first gator over the weekend. The 11 ft 4.5 inch reptile was snagged out of Saline Lake in Winn Parish.
