NSU presented a posthumous degree the late Seth R. Stanfield, a Doctor of Nursing Practice student who passed away in April. Accepting the diploma were his wife Christy, their children Madelyn and Landry, his mother Terri Stanfield and mother-in-law Rosie Ebarb.
