Young at Heart

The monthly Young at Heart luncheon for seniors was on Feb. 7 at the First United Methodist Church. Erin Boyt, community and provider liaison for Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, briefed the group on the NRMC services that are available to the community.

Duchess of Cane River

The Cotillion Club of Shreveport announces that Sheridan Colleen Pesnell is the Duchess of Cane River for the 2024 court. Miss Pesnell is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Douglas Wade Pesnell of Natchitoches. She attends the University of Idaho where she is majoring in Exercise Science and Pre/Med.

PEO Founder´s Day Luncheon

Members of the five local chapters of P.E.O. recently attended the annual Founders_ Day Luncheon at Mariner_s Restaurant. Chapter BK hosted the event, Chapter I provided table decorations and an informative and entertaining tribute to the seven founders was performed by members of Chapter AP.
