Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education will offer a cookie decorating class with royal icing for beginners. The class will start July 30 and continue Aug. 1, 6 and 8 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in NSU’s-Culinary Arts Building.
