Groundbreaking
The groundbreaking ceremony for Professor Frederick Richardson Park is slated for Tuesday, Feb. 27 , at 1 p.m. The park is located at 171 Lake St. In the summer of 2022, the city was awarded a $400,000 Love Louisiana Outdoors grant.
