A short-term criminal investigation has led to the arrest of a Natchitoches Parish Sheriff ’s Corrections Deputy, according to Sheriff Stuart Wright.
Robert Lowring, 62, of Bienville Parish was booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center Thursday, July 25, on charges of Malfeasance in Office and Sexual Battery.
