The Natchitoches Christmas Festival of Lights, in collaboration with the City of Natchitoches announces applications are open for the annual Natchitoches Christmas Festival Parade. The parade will take place Saturday, Dec. 2, at 1 p.m. in the heart of historic downtown Natchitoches.
