The City advises the public that on Saturday, June 15, the Church St. Bridge and Williams Ave. from Whitfield Ave. to Henry Ave. will be closed at 9:15 p.m. in preparation for the 9:45 p.m. fireworks. All streets and the bridge will reopen when the fire marshal gives the all-clear. Additionally, the Downtown Riverbank will close to vehicular traffic at 1 p.m., and Front St. from Church St. to St. Denis St. will close to vehicular traffic beginning at 4 p.m. All closures are due to Juneteenth festivities.
