The City Planning and Zoning Department issued 61 building permits in September with a valuation of $588,884 according to the report issued by Director Shontrell Roque.
There was only one permit issued for a new residential and it was issued to Brian Picou Jr. at 915 Parkway. The valuation for the residential, single family, detached structure was $244,000.
