The City Planning and Zoning Department issued 20 permits with a valuation of $1,408,421 in December according to the report by Director Shontrell Roque.
Among the permits were three commercial permits.
The first was to Vargas Properties LLC at 302 South Drive with no valuation listed. The company previously applied for a permit for 302 South Drive for a restaurant and sports bar.
