District Attorney Billy Joe Harrington announced that a Natchitoches Parish grand jury returned three indictments for second-degree murder.
The indictments involve three cases. Stephanie Walker, 54, of Natchitoches, was indicted for second-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of a victim at Carter’s Trailer Park in Natchitoches.
