Talk about confusing…. JT had to put on his thinking cap to figure this one out.
DOTD sent us a press release that told of work they were beginning last Monday in Natchitoches. Their description of where the work was taking place was confusing at best.
It took a couple of us to untangle their description but we finally figured it out…they were working on Williams Avenue from the Church Street Bridge…
