JT was watching some of the National Republican Convention the other night when the camera showed the Louisiana delegation…and there stood Natchitoches’ Rick Nowlin.
When JT had scanned a list of the delegates from the state the other day it was broken down by Congressional Districts. He forgot that Rick had been elected as one of the 26 At Large delegates for Louisiana.
