The Natchitoches Parish Sheriff ’s Office announces that a Kisatchie man who had been reported missing by family members to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff ’s Office on March 11, 2025 has been located safe.
Major J. Byles, who investigated the case, says Matthew T. Smith, 43, of Kisatchie, was recently located in Texas. Family members have been notified of his whereabouts.
