The Natchitoches Parish Government Planning and Zoning Department issued 41 building permits during April with a valuation of $801,683.
The valuation dropped considerably compared to March with 40 permits and a valuation of $3,442,854; and also to April a year ago with 35 permits with a valuation of $1,476,400.
