Dr. Steve Horton greats the crowd gathered Thursday afternoon for the dedication of the restored Pacale-Roque House located on the Cane River Lake downtown riverbank. Among the attendees were District 31 Senator Alan Seabaugh and his wife Laura, District 3 Parish Councilman Wayne Halm and District 1 City Councilman Eddie Harrington.
