The Natchitoches Parish Sheriff ’s Office and Louisiana Probation and Parole-Natchitoches District Office will be monitoring sex offenders during trick or treating festivities on Halloween, Oct. 31. Additionally, Deputies in marked and unmarked units will patrol in communities throughout Natchitoches Parish on Halloween.
