The Toledo Bend Lake Association (TBLA) is investing in the future by awarding college scholarships to deserving students around the Toledo Bend Lake Area.

In 2020, TBLA instituted the Glynn Carver Memorial Scholarship in honor of the man who devoted much of his life to improving his community.
