At approximately 6 p.m. Monday, Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #1, Louisiana State Police and Natchitoches Regional Medical Center EMS responded to a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 49 near milepost #116 south of Cloutierville according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriffs Office.
