It’s been a long and difficult journey at times but Village of Natchez Mayor Patsy Ward Hoover says the people of the village are about to see better times as far as infrastructure goes.
There will be a ground-breaking at the site of a new city hall Friday, March 8, at 10 a.m. Hoover is expecting a delegation from Baton Rouge, Natchitoches Mayor Ronnie Williams Jr. and Parish President John Salter.
