The Natchitoches Soil and Water Conservation District will be hosting its Annual Conservation Tree and Shrub Sale on March 12 & 13 from 8 a.m. to 5p.m.No pre-sale orders this year!!! Sale will be located on the vacant lot at the corner of St. Clair Ave. and Williams Ave. in downtown Natchitoches.

Enhancement Fund to support research, collaboration projects at NSU

Dr. Kathleen Byrd of Natchitoches has created an enhancement fund for Northwestern State University’s College of Arts and Sciences that will bridge the liberal arts with several other disciplines and provide funding for student and faculty research, travel and collaboration.
