DOTD installing traffic count devises in Red River Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is notifying residents and motorists that traffic count devices are being temporarily installed on various local roads across the state. Coushatta Police Department arrested Kinford Henderson, 21, on March 14 for telephone harassment and possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a felon. He was incarcerated with concurrent $10,000 and $50,000 bonds.
