An Office of State Fire Marshal (SFM) investigation has resulted in the arrest of an Arkansas man on multiple charges.
On June 13, Bossier Parish Fire District 7 requested assistance from the SFM to investigate a vehicle fire in the 1100 block of Goodman Street in Plain Dealing.
