Heimerman named All-Louisiana Co-Women’s Coach of the Year
Heimerman, left earned his third straight All-Louisiana Coach of the Year, sharing it again with LSU’s Dennis Shaver. He leads 13 athletes earning a spot on the All-Louisiana Team.
Following yet another Southland Conference women’s outdoor championship, head coach Mike Heimerman was named the All-Louisiana Co-Women’s Coach of the Year, the LSWA announced Monday.
In addition to Heimerman’s accolade, eleven athletes and all four relay teams earned a spot on the All-Louisiana track and field team.
Seven earned a spot on the second team, while eight made the third team.
