LDH advises Louisianans to discard or return recalled white shell eggs and brown cage-free shell eggs of various sizes from Midwest Poultry Services, L.P.

Baton Rouge, La. (July 31, 2026) — The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is advising Louisianans that Midwest Poultry Services, L.P., has recalled 1,589,577 dozen shell eggs due to possible Salmonella contamination.
