  • Rotarian John Richmond welcomed Chris Ferguson from Flying Hearts Brewery to the July 21 Rotary meeting. Ferguson shared how the company got started and why he loves Flying Hearts Brewery and the people he meets there. He has created fun activities for each day of the week, such as, Trivia night, Music Bingo, Tankard Special, NSU 20% off night and Saturday and Sunday Brunch. From left are Ferguson and Richmond.

  • At the Aug. 4 Rotary meeting, Drake Owens introduced NSU Rodeo Coach Cody “Hotsauce” DeMoss. DeMoss shared information about the new NSU rodeo arena being built. The rodeo teams will come from the Southern Region which includes 10 colleges. His joy comes from helping young rodeo riders. He would like to leave a rodeo legacy at NSU. Mind over Matters supports survivors of domestic violence in Natchitoches. Their mission provides the Natchitoches community with trusted, accurate, up-to-date and unbiased mental health and wellness information and local resources. Pictured are Mother Chris and Richmond.
