The 67th Miss Merry Christmas was crowned, and the 2023 Natchitoches Christmas Belles were announced Saturday, Sept. 23.
Nineteen young ladies competed for the title of Miss Merry Christmas and the honor of being selected as a Christmas Belle.
Victoria Marie Wiggins was crowned Miss Merry Christmas 2023. Victoria is a senior at Natchitoches Central High School. She is the daughter of Van and Lisa Wiggins.
Six girls were selected as Christmas Belles. They are Lora Cole, Johanna Smith, Elliana Van Sickle, Taylor Eubanks, Megan Helaire, and Emerson Cain. Ava Errington received the Barbara Kirsch Memorial Miss Congeniality Award.
The Barbara Kirsch Award was established to remember the positive influence Barbarahad on others.
Three other queens were crowned in the Queen’s Pageant. They are Miss Natchitoches, Miss City of Lights and Miss Cane River.
