Since 2005 the Natchitoches Parish Coroner’s Office has attempted to identify the remains of a subject located in October 2005 near Clarence who was discovered in a drum encased in cement. As of today, his identity remains unknown.
Despite the normal methods of identification such as DNA, facial reconstruction and dental comparisons, it is still unknown who this gentleman is.
