Pelican Institute Constitutional litigator speaks to Lions Cllub

    During a recent Natchitoches Lions Club meeting, members learned about The Pelican Institute for Public Policy.

    James Baehr, Special Counsel, is a Constitutional litigator and one of the organization’s founders who shared the efforts of the organization with the Lions Club.
