    Northwestern State University’s Department of Military Science hosted the Fall 2023 Awards Ceremony to honor Reserve Officers’ Training Corps cadets Nov. 30. ROTC’s mission is to recruit, educate, develop and inspire cadets with an emphasis on academics.
