Costs soaring for keeping juvenile offenders

The costs of housing juvenile offenders keeps rising and the City must meet those costs.

At its meeting Monday, the City Council introduced an ordinance to appropriate $$180,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to help pay those costs.
